Dr. Baach is a native of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Northwestern University and graduated from medical school at Indiana University. He completed his internal medicine residency at Indiana University Medical Center in 1995 and is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Baach lives in the Carmel area with his wife, son, and daughter.

Dr. Harrison was born in Oak Park, Illinois, and attended Northern Illinois University. She received her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Indiana University Medical Center. She is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Harrison, her husband and two daughters reside in the Carmel area.

Dr. Thomas grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Butler University College of Pharmacy. She received her medical degree from Indiana University and completed residency training at St. Vincent Hospital. Dr. Thomas is board certified in internal medicine and is also a registered pharmacist.
She lives on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
Susan Harris, N.P.
Susan received her nursing degree from Purdue University, and a master's degree in nursing from Indiana University. She received her nurse practicitioner certification in 1990. Her professional experience areas include pediatrics, hematology, occupational health, HIV and family care. She has special interests in asthma and allergies, women's health, wellness and health promotion.
She is married with three daughters and enjoys running, biking, hiking, volunteering, sunshine and spending time with her family.
